This exchanger is making use of the plain plate with 1~3㎜ thick. fully welded, which is adopted in the heat exchanger for gas to gas and is exellent for the heat transfer coefficiency and abrasion-resistence, with easy operation for the cleaning. It is possible to design the size compact as the weight and volume can be reduced to less than the half size to be compared with the tubular type exchanger. Also it has the characteristics of the block designing and little leakage. |
