Enamel coated type heat exchanger is the exchanger to make use of the plate or tube, which is roasted by the temperatures of 750℃~800℃ after coating them by the erosion-resistent enamel.
This means the synergy effect of the steal strength and corrosion/erosion-resistence of the enamel coatings, which is free from the worry of the corrosion to be caused by the Sox in the outlet gas, and made the maximum effect of waste heat recovery.
The usage of this type exchanger is the economizer after the position of SCR and the air preheater of petrochemical plants.
